Are Grady County Mugshots Public?
Grady County currently publishes booking photos on public roster profiles. Oklahoma research did not locate a current official statute that uses the exact phrase booking photograph and mandates release in every case. The safer legal framing is that booking-photo access is handled through Oklahoma open-records and law-enforcement record rules, with exemptions for confidential records, juvenile matters, sealed or expunged records, subpoena-only reports, and investigative restrictions.
